Cabins, decks and what is included

Delta boats are built around a dining area and an open deck; the operators we read do not list pools or spas. On the ships the list grows:

• Jayavarman: sun deck with an elevated pool and Jacuzzi, a spa, a dining hall and a bar.
• The Jahan: pool and terrace deck, a spa with three treatment rooms, fitness room, steam room, observatory lounge.
• Aqua Mekong: spa, gym, a river-facing plunge pool, kayaks and paddleboards.
• AmaDara: sun-deck pool, fitness room, salon, two massage rooms, a restaurant and a chef's table.
• Viking Tonle and Viking Saigon: three decks, a pool, spa and fitness area, a sky bar.
• Scenic Spirit: plunge pool, salt-therapy spa, panorama lounge.
• Mekong Jewel: pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, salon, two lounges, a library.

1. Which deck is the cabin on, and is there a lift or only stairs?
2. Twin beds or a double, and can they be changed?
3. Which drinks are included at meals, and which are charged?
4. Is the transfer to the boat included, from where, and shared or private?
5. In the month you travel, where does the river part end, and how do you reach the final stop?
6. Are tips for the crew and for local guides included or expected?
7. Can a single traveller book a cabin alone, and at what supplement?
